They are looking for a hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their organization! This person will find new opportunities for growth and expansion related to website, portal and mobile application translation. SDRs will use various strategies, including cold calling, e-mailing, and networking, to connect with prospective clients or customers to set appointments for Account Executives.
Required Education and Experience:
- Must have between 1 and 3 years of SDR experience. Please don't apply if you have more than this experience
- Familiarity or experience in using the following tools: LinkedIn & Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach.io, Gong, Zoom, O365 (Word/Excel primarily), Microsoft Teams.
- Previous cold-calling experience
Responsibilities:
- Performing research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods
- Researching potential customers that fit the ideal customer profile
- Making cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients
- Analyzing customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads
- Work directly with Sales and Marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Participate in strategic account planning alongside Account Executives
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
Compensation:
- This is a full-time contract to hire role on a 1099.
- During the contract, your monthly pay will be between $3,500 and $4,200
- On conversion as an employee, your base salary will be between $50,000 and $55,000
- Commission: $12,000 - $20,000
