Compensation:
- This is a Full-Time (40 hours per week) contract role
- During the contract, the monthly pay is $7500 on a 1099 without benefits.
- The client may hire your full-time after an initial contract. The base pay for a full-time hire is $95.000
Job Summary:
As the CS Specialist, you will play a critical role by helping to convert signed partnerships into active ones, unlocking significant revenue and donations for our nonprofit partners. As with any fast-growing, early-stage team, responsibilities are likely to evolve. As an CS Specialist, you can expect to work closely with 3-4 other members in Client Strategy, Business Development, and Engineering teams to:
- Project manage the onboarding of new partners from close to launch
- Collaborate with brand partners to align on integration details, timeline for launch, and technical requirements
- Manage a JIRA board to ensure cross functional visibility around launch progress
- QA integrations & integration updates and provide feedback to integration engineers
- Serve as liaison between engineering team and clients throughout technical implementation process
- Manage go-live process of new integrations and integration updates including relevant client communications and post go-live steps
- Optimize and improve integration processes to reduce time required to integrate and increase overall launch capacity
- Synthesize integration process learnings and client feedback and work with Product team to inform our SDK product roadmap
